Is the BCRail routes CTC , DTC , dark territory or a mixture of all ?

The BCRail route will be track warrant.The railroad is a dark OSC territory in real life with no CTC.A version with buried signals could be done also

What is OSC ? and i know there were some signals on some sidings on the BCRail net work do me seeing some video clips of it

typo... OCS
The signals were to show the crew if the switch was aligned for the Main or the Siding. I don't think anyone had control over these.

Is it like a track monitor system at the sidings and if a train gets with in a certain distance it will make a train from the opposite direction take the siding and is OCS like TWC ?

Crews manually switch the switch I think. When they get their clearance RTC will tell them if an opposing switch is in reverse position or not.

OCS Is Occupancy Controlling System. It contains non signal'd sidings, spurs, or yards. All switches within OCS limist are hand thrown by a crew member. The dispatcher instead of normally working off ATCS screens (Like CTC) knows where his trains are through OS's or as they're known on CP, Track Releases.
